How do credits work?
Credits are the universal currency for AI-powered actions. Top up any time with USDT, USDC or TAO — $2 per credit. Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown in the app before you run it: AI Board analysis, Deep Research and the advisors cost 1 credit per run, Predictor batch runs cost 1 + N. Unused credits never expire. Unlimited-tier users don't consume credits — everything is unlimited.Do I get free credits when I sign up?
Yes. Every new account receives 20 welcome bonus credits so you can try AI Board, Predictor, and other tools before topping up. The bonus credits never expire.What happens if an AI action fails?
Credits are automatically refunded to your balance. For Predictor batch runs, partial refunds are issued per-subnet if individual analyses fail. All refunds are visible in your credit ledger.Why are prices in USD, and can I still pay in TAO?
Prices are set in USD so the cost is predictable and doesn't move with the TAO chart. Prime Radiant stays TAO-native: you can pay with TAO from a verified wallet at any time, and the TAO amount is calculated at checkout at the current rate. USDT and USDC are additional options for those who don't hold TAO yet.How do I pay?

Pro is pay-as-you-go — top up any time to receive credits, and spend them on AI tools as you need. Unlimited removes all credit limits for a time-bounded window ($199 for 30 days, or $1,671 for 12 months at 30% off). Unlimited is the “pay and forget” tier for power users and funds.Can I switch between plans?
There's no plan to switch — top up credits whenever you need them. Activating Unlimited bypasses credit spending for the chosen window; buying more Unlimited while you already have an active window extends it from the existing end date (stacks, not resets). When the window expires you fall back to whatever credits you had plus anything you bought during.Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits and welcome bonus credits never expire and stay in your account until used, regardless of your plan.Can I get a refund?
Purchased credits are non-refundable, but failed AI actions always refund automatically. Unlimited is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. See our refund policy for details.Is there a minimum purchase?
Minimums depend on the payment method. Stablecoin credit purchases have a provider minimum per transaction, shown in checkout before you pay. Check the current minimum in the app before you buy.
