1. Acceptance
By accessing primeradiant.pro and any subdomain (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Prime Radiant is an analytical service. It provides signals, scores, candidate shortlists, and AI-generated views on the Bittensor network. The Service is informational only. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a personalised recommendation tailored to your individual circumstances.
3. No financial advice; decisions are yours
All metrics, signals, scores, and AI Board recommendations are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for every decision you make — including, without limitation, opening or closing positions, rebalancing your portfolio, taking profit, cutting losses, and sizing risk. Prime Radiant does not custody assets, execute trades, or move funds on your behalf; any action taken on the basis of Prime Radiant analysis is executed by you through your own wallets and infrastructure.
Outputs of the AI Board and any other analytical component are forward-looking views, not guarantees. Recommendations may underperform, miss, or be invalidated by events outside the visibility of any analytical system. Past precision of any signal, pattern, or backtest does not guarantee future results. See the risk disclosure for further detail.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping or automated bulk-collection of the Service.
- No reverse engineering of the underlying signals.
- No resale or redistribution of paid content without permission.
5. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Radiant and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
